It is intimated that the subject cited industry was granted 'consent to Operate' under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOW/Fresh/LDH1/2021/16816485 dated 01.10.2021 valid upto 31.03.2026 and CTOA/Fresh/LDH1/2021/16816477 dated 01.10.2021 valid upto 31.03.2026 with name and style of M/s Paramount dyetec, Village Koom Kalan Khurd, Machiwara Road, Tehsil Koom Kalan for manufacturing of Spindles @ 1148 numbers/day and Knitting Yarn @ 2100 kgs/day by using of Fiber 2300 @ kgs/day with suitable conditions.
Now, the industry has applied for varied consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 with the name and style of M/s Paramount dyetec Limited, Village Koom Kalan Khurd, Machiwara Road, Tehsil Koom Kalan for manufacturing of Spindles @ 2000 numbers/day and Knitting Yarn @ 4500 kgs/day by using of Fiber 4700 @ kgs/day.
The industry has filled online application form, uploaded latest CA certificate, DTP certificate bearing no. 3357 dated 17.12.2019, manufacturing process flow chart, site plan location plan.
The industry has deposited Rs. 8400/- vide no. AXOIC40387481792 dated 07.02.2024 other NOC regularization fee, Rs. 39600/- vide no. AXOIC40387481788 dated 07.02.2024 under Air Act, 1981, Rs. 39600/- vide no. AXOIC40387481774 dated 07.02.2024 under Water Act, 1974. In addition to already deposited which is adequate upto 31.03.2026, now deposited for 3 year, the adequacy of fee deposited is upto 31.03.2029.
The industry was visited by AEE of this office on 12.02.2024 and it was observed as under:
1. The industry is engaged in business of spinning unit and same was in operation during visit.
2. The industry has installed 1 no. carding machines, 04 no. draw frame machines, 03 ring frame with 1940 spindles combined.
3. There is no source of generation of trade effluent only domestic effluent is being discharged onto land for plantation after treatment through septic tank
4. There is no source of any generating of air emission.
5. The industry is complying under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
In view of the above, it is recommended that the Consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 31.03.2029 with suitable conditions.
