The details of the case are given in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused. In light of the facts given in the said note, it is recommended that consent to establish (NOC) for expansion under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for installation of Boiler of capacity 6TPH (Stand-by) for one year with usual conditions & with special conditions as mentioned in the note of AEE, please.
