| Clarification Note: |
The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The industry has increased the value of plant and machinery as per latest CA certificate; however, it has not submitted the detail of machinery installed by it.
2. The industry has applied for varied consent to operate; however, there is no increase in the production capacity as well as pollution load. Kindly clarify.
3. The industry has not deposited the NOC regularization fee for increase in cost of fixed assets of it as well as consent fee under the Water Act, 1974.
4. The industry has not submitted the building plan approved from the concerned authority.
It is requested to remove the above said observations within 02 days so that the application can be processed further. |
