It is recommended that fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the service station upto 30.09.2028 with usual condition as per policy of the Board and with special conditions that : 1. Directions be issued to this office to de-seal the washing section of the service station. 2. The service station shall submit effluent sample analysis report from Boards lab within one month. 3. The service station shall apply for authorization under Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) rules, 2016 immediately. 4. The service station shall comply with the provisions of approved Master Plan of Jalandhar city (2009-2031) and shall comply with letter issued by MTP, Municipal Corporation, Jalandhar vide letter No. 1369 dated 16.01.2024 in future. |
