The application of the institute was scrutinized and observed that the institute has not given compliance of following hearing decisions:
• The institute shall provide adequate treatment facility for the treatment of domestic effluent as well as the effluent generated from the premises of the hospital, within one month.
• The institute shall apply for obtaining authorization under Bio-Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016, within one month.
• The institute shall provide compost pits for the management of wet solid waste in compliance to the Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016, within one month.
Further it has been observed as per record the institute is having student strength of 240 nos (including 80 students residing in hostel and remaining day’s caller). There are about 110 people as staff alongwith 60 beds.
Now the institute in application form has mentioned that institute is having strength of 60 students and 32 hospital staff and 20 beds, which is in contradiction with previous details.
The institute is required to submit in written total strength of students in hostel, day’s caller and staff. The institute is also required to submit in written the bed capacity.
The institute is required to submit the abovesaid compliance in 2 days alongwith reason for creating new user id of the institute.
