The application was scrutinized and observed that the industry has not submitted adequate consent fee under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1981. The value of fixed assets of the industry have decreased from Rs. 28,92,21,015/- lacs to Rs 25,53,22,646/- total Rs. 3,38,98,369/- decrease. But the industry has not submit any detail regarding the same. Also the industry is required to submit CA certificate without depreciation value.
