In view of the note/recommendations of the EE RO Ropar, The following actions may be taken:
1. Consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 granted to the industry may be granted for one year i.e.upto 31.03.2025 with the conditions already imposed in the original consent letters and additional conditions as proposed by Regional Office.
2. The request of industry regarding waving of EC of 10 lacs as well as Bank Guarantee of 10 lacs may be placed before the competent authority for consideration and further orders.
