Sir, the decisions of the personal held before the CEE(B) on 06.12.2023, which have been conveyed to the industry vide Board letter no. 4929 dated 06.02.2024. Compliance of the same is pending and the industry has applied for NOC for expansion under Water and Air Act.
If approved, the application of the industry may be returned with the request that compliance of decisions of personal hearing may be submitted first and thereafter, application for NOC for expansion submit online.
