The application of the industry was scrutinized and it has been observed that:-
1. The industry has not submitted any document from the concerned authorities regarding land use pattern of area as per the notified Master Plan of Ludhiana.
2. The industry has not submitted the record of fresh water consumed as well as effluent discharged.
3. The industry has not submitted the plan showing the location of submersible as well as EMF.
Hence the application cannot be processed at this stage. If approved the application maybe returned with request to reapply the same with complete details and documents.
