Show cause notice before refusal of consent to establish (NOC) for extension under the provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 issued to the project proponent vide this office letter no. 881 dated 14.02.2024 (copy attached) along-with an opportunity of personal hearing before the Chief Environmental Engineer (B) of the Board on 28.02.2024.
The application is forwarded to convey regarding date, time & venue of hearing and also to send a copy of notice to the project proponent through whatsapp / email or through any other mode convenient to Regional Office well before the date of hearing. |
