The industry has submitted the reply to the queries sought by your goodself and is reproduce below:-
The industrial unit will generate ~648 kLD of process-reject water/effluent and ~4 kLD of domestic wastewater. Out of this, ~463 kLD of process reject water/effluent will be recycled for reuse in the process. Thus, ~185 kLD of process effluent will need disposal after treatment, in addition to ~4 kLD of domestic wastewater (refer feasibility report for details). (2) Details of machinery and equipment planned to be installed is attached. (3) Permission from PWRDA, for abstraction of groundwater, shall be applied for after obtaining the CTE from the PPCB (which is a pre-requisite). (4) The hazardous wastes will include ~100 kg/year of spent lubricant/oil (Category 5.1/Schedule-I) and ~150 kg/day of primary chemical sludge from the ETP (Category 35.3/Schedule-I). (5) The Certificate of In Principal Approval (covering approval of Building Plans) has been granted by the competent authority – copy attached.
