The industry is small scale orange category unit and is obtained Consent to Establishment/NOC vide no. CTE/Fresh/LDH4/2022/18657181 dated 01.06.2022, which was valid upto 31.05.2023 for manufacturing Cattle Feed @ 10 TPH........................
Now the industry has applied for fresh consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 through OCMMS for manufacturing of Cattle Feed @ 10 TPH............................ The industry has deposited consent fee which is adequate upto 31.05.2029...........................
The industry was visited by officer of the Board on 12.02.2024 and it was observed as under: - 1. The industry was in operation during visit and is engaged in manufacturing of cattle feed. 2. The industry has installed feed mill, Pulveriser and elevator. 3. There is no generation of trade effluent, only domestic effluent is being discharged into septic tank followed by plantation. 4. The industry has obtained CLU from Senior Town Planner vide no. 381 dated 04.03.2022. 5. No D.G. set has been installed. 6. The industry has submitted approved building plan from the Competent Person of the Director of Factories..................
RO reported that the industry is complying with the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981......................
As proposed by RO, may if approved, Consent to Operate under the Air Act, 1981 be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2028 with suitable conditions as per policy of Board.................
