Kindly peruse the note of AEE/ Environmental Engineer. In view of facts mentioned in the agenda note of AEE, may if approved the hotel may be granted fresh consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 upto 31/05/2026 (upto adequacy of fee) with usual conditions and special condition that the hotel will continue to comply with the guidelines issued by the Board regarding environmental compliance in hotel/motel/marriage palaces etc. and will make the record of treated water reused in flushing and onto land for plantation, please.
