Sir, case could not be processed due to maintenance of OCMMS server from 15.02.2024 to 19.02.2024.
It is submitted that the industry has submitted application through OCMMS for obtaining Consent to establish(NOC) for the setting up new unit under Name and Style of M/S Raj Wellness Private Ltd.,Villagae Pawa, G.T.Road, Near Civil Air Port, Ludhiana after taking the 2 halls on lease in the premises of M/S National Soap Mils, Village Pawa, G.T.Road, Near Civil Airport, Ludhiana for manufacturing of Detergent Formulation without manufacturing of LABSA @ 600 MT/Year using Calcium Magnesium Carbonate @ 108 MT/Year, Acid Slurry @ 75 MT/Year, Aluminosilicate @ 24 MT/Year, Additives @ 9 MT/Year, Sodium Bicarbonate @184 MT/Year and Sodium Chloride @ 200 MT/Year as Raw Material under Green Category in Small Scale Sector. The industry has submitted the following documents:-
1. Location / Site plan.
2. List of Director
3. Copy of Lease Deed
4. Project report
5. The manufacturing process of the industry will be Raw Material Feeding--> Mixer-->Hammer Mill-->Packing Machine-->Bag Stitching and Weigh--> Ready for Sale.
6. The industry has taken the two halls appox. Area 1523 Sq.ft. on ground floor constructed at left side at the time of entry to M/S National Soap Mills @ 12,000/- P.M. The industry will use the water, electricity,sewage treatment facilities and other services as available in the premises of M/S National Soap Mills and will pay charges on actual uses basis for these facilities as per lease deed.
7. As per DTP, Ludhiana Letter no. 3949 DTP(L)/-M2A dated 15.12.2014 the site of the industry i.e. M/S National Soap Mills, Village Pawa, Near Civil Air Port, G.T.Road, Ludhiana falls in Industrial Zone.
8. As per project report the total cost of the project is Rs.18.0 lacs. Accordingly, the industry has deposited Rs. 18500/- vide R.No. 629516769 dated 07.02.2024 (Rs. 18000/- as Consent to Establish fee + Rs. 500/- as application fee), which is adequate for one year.
9. The site of the industry was visited by the undersigned on 16.02.2024 and observed that the entry to the industry is through common gate of M/S National Soap Mills and Raj Wellness Pvt. Ltd.. The leased 2 halls are located at ground floor at left side to the entry to M/S National Soap Mills. (Location/Site Plan attached) and no machinery installed in these halls.
In view of above, it is recommended that the Project Proponent may be granted ‘Consent to Establish (NOC) from pollution angle for one year subject to the suitable conditions.
