The project proponent has applied for Consent to establish (NOC for first time) under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for setting up Manufacturing of Garments @ 2500 Numbers/day.
The industry has filled online application form, Brief project report, site plan location plan, manufacturing process flow chart, DTP letter bearing no. 3012 dated 22.12.2023, partnership deed, Rent Deed. The industry has deposited Rs. 6400/- vide no. 229713588 dated 14.02.2024 as NOC fee. The adequacy of fee deposited by the industry is for one year.
The industry was visited by officer of this office on 20.02.2024 and observed as under:
1. The industry has earmarked the boundary of the proposed industry and constructed the shed.
2. The machinery proposed has been installed and is ready for commissioning.
3. There will be no source of generation of trade effluent.
4. The industry has proposed to install septic tank for treatment of domestic effluent @ 4 KLD. The effluent after septic tank will be discharge into sewer.
5. The industry has proposed to install one D.G set of capacity 125 KVA with stack of adequate height.
6. As per DTP bearing no. 3012 dated 22.12.2023, the site is falls under the Mixed Zone land area as per the Master plan.
7. As per DTP report the site is suitable for such type of establishment.
In view of above, it is recommended that the industry may be granted 'Consent to established' (NOC for first time) under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for one year for manufacturing of garments @ 2500 Numbers/day with suitable terms and conditions. please.
