Sir, the industry is newly identified unit hence effluent sampling of the industry has never been done as such no sample analysis report is available in the record of this office.
In view of above, it is recommended that:-
1. Renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry for the period of further six month with suitable terms and conditions and special condition that the industry shall got analysed its effluent samples from the Board.
2. Directions u/s 33-A of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 be issued to the PSPCL authorities for restoration of electric supply of the industry temporarily for the period of further six month.
