Discussed, in view of report / recommendations of EE, RO, Patiala, the following actions may be taken:
a) The Project proponent may be granted Consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 upto 31.03.2024 with the usual conditions and special conditions as proposed by Regional Office.
b) PSPCL authorities may be asked for temporary restoration of electric connection to the project for a period upto 31.03.2024.
c) EE RO Patiala be directed to request the SEIAA / SEAC to intimate further line of action in such cases so as to maintain uniformity in deciding such applications.
