It is submitted that the project proponent was given personal hearing before the Senior Environmental Engineer (ZP-1) on 12.02.2024 and it was decided as under: -
1) The reply submitted by the project proponent be sent to Environmental Engineer, Punjab Pollution Control Board, Regional Office, SAS Nagar to verify the contentions given by it in this reply and send the report with recommendations.
2) Further action in the matter will be taken on the receipt from Environmental Engineer, Punjab Pollution Control Board, Regional Office, SAS Nagar.
The project proponent has submitted reply of observations and comments of RO is enclosed herewith.
In the view of above, it is recommended that Consent to Establish (NOC) under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be granted for one year, subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions as mentioned in earlier note, please.
