The details of the case are given in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused. In light of the facts given in the said note, it is, therefore, recommended that:
A. Consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted upto 31.03.2025 subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions as mentioned in the note of AEE, please.
B. Directions u/s 33-A of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 issued to the project proponent may be dropped please.
