The hospital has applied for consent to establish (NOC) through OCMMS on for setting up hospital of capacity 20 beds in the revenue area of Bathinda road, Sri Muktsar Sahib having Plot area 7225.91 sq. ft in KHASRA NO. 2031/14(14-7).
The detail of the case is as under:- The hospital has deposited NOC fees of Rs. 1,000 vide online R.No.
66085096 dated 07.02.2024.
The hospital has submitted building permit /sanction File/B.A. No. PB/MKS/SRIMS/178558 Dated 14-08-2023 in the name of SMILLE GARG WO SACHIN GARG SACHIN GARG SO MOHAN LAL GARG, Sri Muktsar Sahib alongwith approved building plan.
The hospital has proposed to disposal of its treated effluent into M.C. sewer after pretreatment with 1 % sodium hypochloride solution.
The HCF has deposited sewerage bill charges with department of water supply and sanitation, Sri Muktsar Sahib.
The hospital was visited by the undersigned on 21.02.2024 and it was observed :-
that the hospital has not started any construction activity at the site. The site of institute is suitable for establishment of health care facility as per the as per approved building plan obtained.
Keeping in view of the above, the NOC may be granted for sitting up hospital of capacity 20 beds with suitable conditions along with following conditions:-
1. The HCF shall make agreement made with Common Bio Medical Waste Treatment Facility for lifting of bio medical waste and submit the same to the Board.
2. The HCF shall comply with the provisions of Bio Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016 all the time.
3. The HCF shall comply with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 all the time.
4. The HCF shall ensure to comply with the effluent standards as notified by Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change under the Bio Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016 as amended upto date and subsequent amendments if any.
