| Clarification Note: |
The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The industry has submitted Memorandum of Association (MOA) indicating that Smt. Sunita Rani serves as a Director of the company. Contrarily, it has provided list of directors includes Sh. Shubham Jindal as a Director, replacing Smt. Sunita Rani. Please provide clarification on this discrepancy.
2. The industry has submitted the feasibility report in the name of M/s S.K. Minerals. It is requested to submit the latest feasibility report in the name of S.K. Minerals & Additives Pvt. Ltd. for the proposed expansion.
3. The industry has not deposited the consent fee under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981.
4. The industry has not submitted the permission regarding ground water abstraction from PWRDA.
5. The industry has not submitted the completion certificate/undertaking regarding APCD installed with Thermic Fluid Heater.
6. The industry has mentioned that evaporation water is being discharged onto land for plantation; however, it has not mentioned the quantity of water disposed onto land for plantation in the application form.
As such, you are requested to remove the above said observations within 03 days, so that the application can be processed further. |
