The details of the case are given in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused. In light of the facts given in the said note, it is recommended that the industry may be granted ‘consent to operate’ under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 upto 31.05.2025 (i.e. upto the validity of lease deed), with usual conditions & with special conditions, as mentioned in the note of AEE, please.
