Sir, earlier, directions u/s 33-A of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 were issued for closure of the industry and PSPSCL Authorties were directed to disconnect electric connection.
As per report of RO, the industry has applied for obtaining consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 alongwith restoration of electric connection alongwith TDCO number.
The industry was visited by RO on 07.02.2024 and reported that the industry was in operation in violation of directions was issued u/s 33-A of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974.
The case is forwarded for taking legal action in violation of directions u/s 33-A of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, please.
