| Clarification Note: |
1. Copy of layout plan submitted by the project proponent is not clear.
2. The project proponent is required to submit report from CRO regarding distances of proposed project from rice sheller/brick kiln/hot mix plant/major hazardous industry.
3. The project proponent has not submitted PWRDA permission for ground water extraction.
4. The project proponent has proposed to discharge treated effluent into Municipal Council sewer. However, Sewage Treatment Plant installed by Municipal Council Maloudh is not in good condition and is not meeting discharge standards.
5. The project proponent has proposed to dispose off solid waste to Municipal Council Maloudh. However, Municipal Council Maloudh has not developed any sanitary land fill and is not complying with Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016.
6. The project proponent has proposed 132 no. plots and 22 no. shops for the colony. However, it has calculated waste water discharge for 132 no. plots only that too by considering four persons per plot. |
