Sir, the industry has submitted reply, which is as under: -
1. That we have already submitted undertaking w. r. t. observation no. 1. The same is being enclosed herewith again.
2. That we are enclosing herewith our building plan along with plantation area marked by us, which is to be developed by us for discharging the treated waste water from our unit. Further, we have taken also a piece of land around 2 acres and entered into an agreement with the owner. The same will be developed under plantation area for discharging the treated wastewater from our unit. Further, we want to assure you that we will fully comply with the terms and conditions, which is to be imposed by the Board w. r. t. our plant and the same will be fully complied by us before obtaining consents to operate.
The reply submitted by the industry is found in order and the site is suitable as per policy of the Board.
Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that varied consent to operate granted under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 both may be granted up to 30/09/2025 for manufacturing of Raw Rice (without Sortex Machinery and without Dryer) @ 1.0 TPH by processing Paddy @ 1.5 TPH as raw material under orange category, under the name of M/s Sri Sai Nath Rice Mill (Previously known as M/s New Garg Gram Udyog Samiti (Regd), subject to certain conditions to be mentioned therein. |
