| Clarification Note: |
It is intimated that while scrutinized the case it has been observed that:-
1.In CTE/NOC application form the Date of Commissioning has been mentioned as March/2020, whereas the industry has applied for NOC, Pl. Clarify.
2.The PP has not submitted the feasibility report of STP.
3.The PP is required to submit its own proposal to dispose off the Municipal Solid Waste Generation from the project due to technical reasons.
4.The green area marked in the site plan is not adequate to handle the 30KLD of treated domestic effluent.
5.Previous Consent to establish (NOC) application was returned to the project proponent due to non submission of compliance of decisions of personal hearing dated 26.02.2020 taken Senior Environmental Engineer. Hence, the project proponent is required to submit the Point-wise reply of the decisions of said personal hearing.
6.The affidavit submitted the Project Proponent to dispose off the treated trade effluent is dated 26.03.2018,which is too old, hence new document in this regard is required.
7.The Jamabandi submitted by the PP is more than one year old I.e. dated 30.12.2022, hence latest jamabandis are required.
You are requested to attend the above said observations and submit your reply within 2 days.
