The industry has submitted online reply dated 9.2.2024 w.r.t. SCN issued and to check the compliance the industry was visited on 23.2.2024 and it was observed that the PP has now provided septic tanks for treatment of the domestic effluent and disposal onto land for plantation. The industry has also provided sampling arrangement i.e. platform with staircase for safe sampling.
The industry is now complying with the provisions of Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981.
if approved the CTO under the provisions of Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the rice sheller upto 30.09.2028 with suitable conditions please. |
