It is submitted that no grievance is registered with the board by Gurudwara located in front of this rice sheller.No impact of air pollution was seen during visit in the vicinity towards Gurudwara. In view of above, it is again recommended that consent to operate granted under the Air Act, 1981 may both be granted upto 30/09/2029 for manufacturing of Sorted Raw Rice with Dryer @ 3.0 TPH by processing of Paddy @ 4.5 TPH, as raw material under orange category, subject to certain conditions to be mentioned therein and with special condition that the industry will got analyzed its stack emission samples from Board's lab in coming season.
