The industry has submitted reply to the show cause notice and same has been attached in previous noting.
The perusal of the reply submitted by the industry reveals that the industry has started construction of road within its premises for the movement of vehicles to suppress dust emissions. Accordingly the unit was visited by undersigned on 26.02.2024 and during visit it was observed that the industry has started construction of movement area. Thus, the industry is complying with the provisions of Air Act, 1981.
In view of above, it is recommended that the that consent to operate granted under the Air Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30/09/2028 (upto adequacy of fee) for manufacturing of Sorted Raw Rice with Dryer @ 5.0 TPH by processing of Paddy @ 7.5 TPH, as raw material under orange category, subject to certain conditions to be mentioned therein and with following special condition-
1. The industry will got analyzed its stack emission samples from Board's lab or Board's approved lab in coming season.
2. The industry shall complete the construction of the road of the movement area within one month and shall submit the compliance report to the Board thereafter.
