Regional Office is requested to submit its comments/ clarification upon :
1. CA certificate submitted by the industry.
2. CLU or any other permissions regarding suitability of site from the Competent Authority.
3. Wether the industry has provided adequate stacks with the bitumen heater and hot mix plant.
4. Whether the industry is complying with the code of practice prescribed for hot mix plants by the Board vide Notification no. Admn/A-2/F.No.178/99/03 dated 26.04.1999 and its amendments, if any.
