1. Pl submit details of land area reserved for disposal of treated effluent along with map demarcating the same. Also comment on adequacy of plantation area reserved for disposal of treated effluent. 2. Pl re-check quantity of fuel to be used. 3. Considering quantity of fuel to be used/ effluent generation (Provide calculation), report categorization of the unit. 4. Attach aks shajra and latha of the site. 5. Whether 11 KVA passes through the site ? If so, has industry submitted an undertaking as an assurance not to start construction activity at site before getting it shifted outside industrial premises. |
