May kind peruse the note history. The case has been processed on the basis of visit of AEE(OS) and not even by EE. The following issues needs to be clarified by RO:
1. Whether tripartie agreement made with SPV? if so, copy to be attached.
2. Whether components of treating the effluent are ready for put into use.
3. Whether effluent is allowed as per application / request made by PP and whether the operator can treat the same with legacy effluent. Report of RO is not clear.
4. Whether MEE and RO have been made functional.
5 No report is regarding the legacy sludge status
If approved, the above clarification may be obtained from RO alongwith direction to EE to personally visit the CETP and submit the report accordingly. |
