Earlier, application of the industry was returned due to following discrepancies: - 1. The industry has not submitted completion of the ETP installed. 2. The industry has not submitted any permission granted form MC authority regarding discharging of treated effluent into MC sewer. 3. The industry has submitted all documents on the name of M/s JALTIUS HOTELS PRIVATE LIMITED but has obtaind NOC on the name of M/s Jaltius Yamaha, But has not submitted any concrete document in this regard. The industry has applied aging for obtaining CTOs but industry has not clarify regarding observations raised earlier even after raising clarification for 10 days.
Application is again returned as incomplete.
