It is submitted that the rice mill was visited on 21.02.2024 and it was observed that the rice mill has provided saplings along the boundary walls. Further, the rice mill has failed to stabilize the movement area and has requested to grant short term consent as the industry is in the proposal stage for carrying out expansion to the steam plant which will lead to financial loss.
In view of above, if approved, the request of industry may be considered and short term consent upto 30.09.2024 may be granted to the industry under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 alongwith the special condition that the industry will carry out regular sprinkling and shall stabilize the movement area for the movement of vehicles. |
