The report /recommendations of Regional Office be persued. The industry was visited by the JEE (OS) of this office on 23.02.2024 and it was observed that the industry was not in operation during the visit due to disconnection of electricity supply and the main gate of the industry found locked.
May if approved, Regional Office be requested to re-visit the industry verify whether the industry has adequate steps for violations observed earlier for which the electric connection was disconnected.
