The note of AEE may kindly be perused.
Before taking any further action in the matter, if approved, EE, RO, SAS Nagar be asked to intimate:--
1) The details of disposal arrangements for which earlier NOC had been granted to PP.
2) To intimate the as to whether PP has obtained permission from MC for connection with MC sewer.
3) A complaint has also been received NHAI w.r.t disposal of wastewater by the different housing projects. EE, RO SAS Nagar be requested to examine as to whether the project namely ROYAL FAME II DEVELOPED BY MOTIA REAL ESTATE is also a part of the complaint received from NHAI and process the case accordingly, please. |
