Pointwise reply of the clarifications raised by the ZO-II, Patiala on 26-02-2024:
1. CA certificate submitted by the industry.
Reply: The industry has submit the latest CA certificate according to which it falls in small scale having total value of Plant & Machinery 48.63 lacs and land & building is on lease. There is no addition as compared to last CA certificate.
2. CLU or any other permissions regarding suitability of site from the Competent Authority.
Reply: The industry is an existing unit and it has been established in 2009 after obtaining NOC from the Board. At that time, the industry has submitted the certificate from Municipal Council regarding its location outside the MC limit. A copy of the same again attached herewith. Further, at present there is only rice sheller units near to the site and there is no residential area, religious place, school etc. within 500 mtr of the site. Further, the Master Plan of the District Barnala yet not notified.
3. Whether the industry has provided adequate stacks with the bitumen heater and hot mix plant.
Reply: Yes, the industry has provided the adequate stacks with the bitumen heater and hot mix plant.
4. Whether the industry is complying with the code of practice prescribed for hot mix plants by the Board vide Notification no. Admn/A-2/F. No. 178/99/03 dated 26.04.1999 and its amendments, if any.
Reply: The industry is an existing unit and complying with the code of practice prescribed for hot mix plants by the Board vide Notification no. Admn/A-2/F. No. 178/99/03 dated 26.04.1999 and its amendments.
