It is submitted that the application of the industry for obtaining consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 has been scrutinized and it was observed that :-
1. The project proponent has not mentioned any detail in Part-B & Part –C of the application form.
2. The project proponent has not submitted compliance report of the previous consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 granted to it.
3. The project proponent has not submitted adequate consent fee with the application.
4. The project proponent has not applied consent to operate under Air Act, 1981.
If approved, the application of the STP was returned with request to resubmit the application after removing the above said observation.
