On scrutinizing the application and linking with record file of the industry, it was observed as under;
1. The application form of the applications is not been downloading and the project proponent is required to specify for what project it has applied for consent to operate and is required to submit details of the raw material and products along with manufacturing process involved and the details of the machinery setup.
2. The project proponent is required to submit area classification report form the Department of Town and Country Planning of the site along with compliance report of general siting parameters as per policy of the Board.
3. The project proponent is required to submit documentary proof regarding its date of commissioning so as to assess the adequacy of consent fees deposited.
Clarify within 02 days.
