Sir kindly peruse the note of RO.The directions were issued to the PSPCL to disconnect the power supply available to two sub projects i.e. KFC & Mc Donalds and the compliance of the same is yet to be made by PSPCL. Further, the matter of directions in these two projects have not been concluded yet as the PP is yet to comply with the same. Thus, it has been felt that the present application be returned to the PP with a request to comply with earlier directions and then apply for CTE for the whole project / partial CTO including two sub-projects.
