The note of AEE dated 26/2/2024 may kindly be perused whereat it has been mentioned that prosecution is being launched for the construction carried out in the expansion area and is not related with the present consent to operate renewal applications.
In view of the above and recommendations of EE, RO, SAS Nagar, it is recommended that consent to operate under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 may be renewed upto 31.03.2025 subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions as proposed by R.O, please.
