The industry was revisited on 27.02.2024 and it was observed that no HT wire passes through the site. As the same has got shifted by the industry.
The industry has submitted lease deed of 20 kanal (copy enclosed) bearing Khewat No. 141/114/277 khasra no. 100//2 (8-0), 3 (8-0) 8 min (4-0) in revenue estate of Village Shadihari along with site plan and revenue record for land area to be developed as per karnal technology for disposal of treated effluent to be generated from saila rice manufacturing. The said line is approx. 300 feet from the premises (proposed ETP location) and treated effluent will be disposed off through pipeline. Further, as per feasibility report the boiler to be installed by the industry propose to achieve prescribed emission standards of the Board.
In view of above, it is recommended that consent to establish (CTE) a new Saila plant for manufacturing of Dry/steamed/parboiled rice @ 4.0 TPH by using Paddy @ 6.0 TPH under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for a period of one year subject to following special conditions:-
1. The industry shall develop plantation area in land measuring 20 kanal bearing Khewat No. 141/114/277 khasra no. 100//2 (8-0), 3 (8-0) 8 min (4-0) n revenue estate of Village Shadihari as per karnal technology for disposal of treated effluent. |
