| Clarification Note: |
Application of the project proponent has been scrutinized and it is observed as under:-
1) The project proponent has not submitted land use classification report issed by the Department of Town & Country Planning.
2) The Project proponent has not submitted feasibility report regarding treatment of trade effluent.
3) The project proponent has not submitted site plan showing the proposed area under plantation.
4) The project proponent has submitted project report showing the value of building only. The project proponent is required to submit the cost of proposed project incorporating land and machinery cost.
5) The project proponent has not mentioned any details regarding generation, storage and disposal arrangements for hazardous wastes.
6) The project proponent has not deposited Consent to Establish (NOC) fee.
You are requested to clarify the above said observations, within 02 days |
