The application of the industry is scrutinized and found incomplete due to the observations made as under:
1. Appropriate category has not been mentioned for injection molding process. The industry is medium scale orange category.
2. No report regarding increase in pollution loads and control is submitted.
3. The cost of entities in the project report and the CA certificate are not in consonance. As such, adequate consent fee cannot be ascertained.
4. The quantities of raw material in the project report are not in consonance with the quantities in the application.
5. The report of Revenue Department / Tehsildar is not submitted regarding distance from various entities.
6. The site plan is old approved in the Year, 2018. Latest approved site map is not submitted.
7. The detail regarding increase in land, if any, is to be mentioned. Also, fresh CLU / NOC from DTP shall be required if there is any increase in land area.
8. As per feasibility report, the wastewater generation is higher than the quantity mentioned in the application.
9. Following documents are not submitted:
a. Appropriate compliance report of previous consents.
b. Revised and approved latest building plan.
c. Report of Revenue Department regarding distance.
d. NOC from DTP if there is any increase in land area.
e. Requisite consent fee.
f. Duly authenticated application / documents for record file.
Therefore, if approved, the application of the industry may please be returned to it.
