Sir, it is submitted that the industry has only 4 employees as per its reply dated 27.02.2024
As such, the Factory Act is not applicable on the industry and building plans is not required.
Amended agenda note is attached.
In view of above, it is recommended that the ‘consent to operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention &Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, may be granted to the industry upto 31.12.2024 with subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions mentioned in earlier note.
