Earlier, the industry was granted 'Consent to Establish' (NOC) under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 for Boiler of capacity 6 ton/hour & thermopack of capacity 10 lac.kcal with Multi Cyclone Separator as APCD separately with Boiler of capacity 6 ton/hour & thermopack of capacity 10 lac.kcal using Rice Husk as fuel.
Now, the industry has applied for 'Consent to Establish' (NOC for exten) under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 for Boiler of capacity 8 TPH and Thermo-pack of capacity 2500000 Kcal/Hr with changed fuel i.e. paddy straw/rice husk .
The industry has applied for extension in validity of earlier granted NOC. However, it has proposed new boiler and new thermopack with change in fuel.
If approved, this application may be returned and the industry may be reqested to apply fresh NOC of the Board for new Boiler and Thermopack with change of fuel, please.
