Sir, the industry has applied for fresh Consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
The compliance to the conditions of the NOC is not signed by authorized person of industry and not countersigned by visiting officer of RO.
If approved, RO may be requested to send the compliance to the conditions of the NOC in annotated form signed by authorized person of industry and countersigned by visiting officer of RO, please.
