The industry has given reply of the show cause notice issued to it and has submitted DTP certificate regarding land use classification and as per DTP certificate the industry is located in mix land along with Road front zone where only green category industry is allowed to operate. The industry is a small scale orange category unit and site is not suitable to operate.
In view of above, it is recommended that Consent to Operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 be refused and direction u/s 33-A of the Water Act, 1974 and 31-A of the Air Act, 1981 be confirmed against the industry for its closure. |
