The project is a group housing project and pointwise reply of the clarifications raised are as below:-.
1. The project proponent has not installed its own STP .
2. The project proponent has obtained exemption from SEIAA for installation of STP and its waste water is partially discharged onto land for plantation after septic tank. The project has
developed around 0.4 acres of area as plantation within its premises .
3. The project proponent has not installed water meter at the final outlet of its. As such record of water used for plantation is not maintained by the project proponent.
4. The project proponent is discharging its effluent into the M.C. sewer as such it has not made any arrangement of utilization of treated effluent back flushing but partial effluent from its septic tank is used for green belt .
5. The project proponent is lifting its wet and dry waste to third party agency hired by the MC Ludhiana for lifting and disposal of the solid waste. The colony has not provided its individual Bio composter/composting pits.
