RO has certified that the industry is situated in designated dyeing complex and about 32 industries are also situated in the same complex around this industry. All 32 industries have obtained consent to operate from the Board for operating at present site and fresh consent to operate to the applicant industry can also be granted.
Accordingly, as proposed by RO, may if approved the Consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 be granted to the industry for the period of one year with the special condition that it shall get analyzed its effluent samples from the Board's lab within one month.
